Librarian oh... Indonesian librarian

Librarian is a holly work, but sometimes people, especially in the developing countries look a librarian by one side eye. Why?....
How about librarian in the other state?? this is a mused. Like the other profesion, a librarian have to good motivation for develop his profesion as a library manager.
